DREADLOCKS DENVER POLICIES

In order to maintain business well-being, we will not make exceptions to Dreadlocks Denver policies. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

BOOKING POLICY:

  • ALL BOOKINGS must be completed online; if no appointments are available on our booking site (Square), text Jason at (813)-323-3654 or email jason@dreadlocksdenver.com.
  • The following services require a consultation + a non-refundable, $100 security deposit to be booked: installations, extension installations, color services and major repair appointments requiring more than 4 hours.
  • Interested in our services that require a consultation, but live out of state? Please email jason@dreadlocksdenver.com to schedule a virtual consultation. You will receive a response in 24-72 hours.
  • Clients with repeated cancellations, that are continually late, or no-show appointments will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit in order to book our services again. We also reserve the right to refuse any service at our discretion.
  • All deposits, except those for extension installations, will go towards your service total price on the day of your appointment.
  • Please read the service descriptions provided on our Service Menu + Booking page if you have dreadlocks and are unsure of how much time to book for maintenance. Remember, booking too much time is always better than not booking enough time!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We do not charge an additional fee for cancellations. If your scheduled service required a deposit, however, it is non-refundable.
  • If you notify us of a cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment time, your appointment can be rescheduled. Additionally, if the initial appointment required a deposit, it will still go towards your service total price (excludes extension installation appointments).
  • Interested in getting on our cancellation waiting list? Please send an email to jason@dreadlocksdenver.com with your name, phone number, desired service, time needed for that service and days of the week that work best for you.

LATE POLICY:

  • Your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled if you are 20 minutes late to your appointment; if you reschedule and the initial appointment required a deposit, it will still go towards your service total price (excludes extension installation appointments).
  • If you are less than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged from your scheduled appointment time.
